Job Context:
∎ We are looking for exceptional candidates with Civil Engineering backgrounds who can manage and supervise all operations of the projects in Dhaka and Chattogram with unprecedented skills and coherency to ensure smooth functioning and finishing of projects of Sanmar. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective plan, implementing & monitoring of Project activities.
∎ Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ Responsible for supervision of work, monitoring and maintaining the quality control of the projects.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Coordinating with different department to provide necessary decisions to projects.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal.
∎ Preparing finishing detail program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ To make forecast to the management regarding critical construction issues.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should be capable for handling 30 - 40 running larger projects at a time.
∎ Strong Communication skills
∎ Strong people management skills
∎ Should have minimum 18 years of hands on experience in producing and delivering world class signature high raised residential cum commercial projects including five star hotel projects preferably.
