Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Administration:
∎ 1. Responsible for overseeing all HR & Administrative functions of the Head-Office and deal with factory administration and management in any issues.
∎ 2. Transport: To look after proper maintenance functioning of the transport pool with efficient way.
∎ 3. Office Stationary: Ensure reasonable and cost effective uses of Office stationary including printing items in a plan way in line with approved budget.
∎ 4. Administrative Cost Minimization: Set effective strategy and guideline to reduce administration cost such as, Stationary cost, over time cost for administrative personnel, Security cost, canteen cost, Transport cost , cleaning materials cost, official entertainment cost etc.
∎ 5. Public Relation (internal): To maintain continuous good relationship with all workers & employee through mitigating grievance, regular communication with PC committee, arranging picnic/parties/team-building program, organizing different competitions, Celebrating birth days & collecting floor intelligence & other effective ways .
∎ 6. Public Relation (external): Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders (Govt./Private) like; BGMEA,BKMEA,BEPZA, fire & civil defence department, Labor Court, Police Station, Industrial Police, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations, Environment office, local influences etc. Managing of employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling and grievance handling.
∎ 7. Handle of legal, disciplinary matter, final settlement activities as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance related issue.
∎ 8. Government Affairs: To collect, renew, update all certificate, license, and clearance, NOC etc. from all government bodies like Labor office, Environment office, DIFE, Boiler office, Explosive office, Fire service, Pourosova, DPHE, ICDDRB, EPB, BGMEA, CE&I etc for whole LDC Group.
∎ 9. Head Count/Manpower Budget: Should have to manage within the budgeted manpower among administration.
∎ 10. House-keeping : To look after daily organized house-keeping of all factory & total premises of through all admin officers, cleaning supervisors, cleaners.
∎ 11. Child Care: To provide all kind of administrative and logistic support to compliance team to ensure smooth operation of child care as per law and buyer COC.
∎ 12. Reception & entertainment: To ensure proper welcoming & entertainment of all visitors, guests, auditors, buyers etc.
∎ 13. Office space, Furniture, fixture: To allocate & maintain office space, furniture, and fixture, office equipment for all employees .
∎ 14. Assignment: Any other assignment as given by the management.
∎ B. Security :
∎ 1. Security: To look after day to day operation of the total Security forces to ensure foolproof security of all human & resources and Good & Fast.
∎ 2. Security Compliance ( C-TPAT ) audit & safety audit : To ensure proper arrangement of all component of C-TPAT & other safety audits & to pass C-TPAT audit & other safety audits in highest grade
∎ C. Compliance Support:
∎ 1.To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare compliance documents based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit, RSC.
∎ 2. Drinking Water & Fire-fighting reserve water: To ensure availability of pure drinking water & Good & fast to ensure availability of reserve water for fire fighting
∎ D. Production:
∎ 1.Provide full support to production team for maximum production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ 10 to 15 year(s) in Garments Division
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Administration, Housekeeping, Public Relation, Safety and Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments,
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Proven working experience as GM in Administration department in any garments/ textile company.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and quick decision making ability.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
