Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall administrative tasks complying company's rules and regulations.
∎ Monitoring disciplinary procedure and follow the legal task as per labor law.
∎ Conduct inquiry procedure and prepare inquiry report as per labor law.
∎ Ensure legal & compliance issues, disciplinary action, motivational factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling etc.
∎ Manages daily office operations, negotiates contracts, manages vendor relationships, develops and oversees office standard operating procedures.
∎ Having good knowledge for handling social & Technical Audits of multiple standards, Environment, Health & Safety issues in the workplace.
∎ Able to visit frequently to the factory and projects.
∎ Ensuring safety-security and compliance issues of factory & corporate office and coordinate them with concerned person.
∎ Maintain liaison with various agencies (Govt. and non govt. offices) as and when as required.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Ten (10) years experience in a relevant field.
∎ Former military officer successfully completed in military service is preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aggregates, Ready Mix Concrete, Asphalt, Real Estate, Construction and Building Materials.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labour Law and other relevant laws, acts etc.
∎ Intelligent, courageous, and bold in facing and tackling unwanted disputes (if arises) independently.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
