Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Rongdhanu Group is looking for a General Manager (Admin), 1 for the Rongdhanu Group located at Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka, and another for a 3-star hotel located at Banani. Retired Army personnel (Colonel/Lieutenant Colonel) with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as practical experience in office management and HR functions, are highly appreciated to apply for the position.

∎ Job Descriptions are as follows:
∎ 1. Planning, Organizing, and Implementing Administrative Procedures:
∎ Process Management: Responsible for developing and managing administrative processes to ensure efficient workflows.
∎ Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies that guide employees, ensuring consistent procedures. System Optimization: Continuously identify ways to streamline workflows, reduce overhead, and improve productivity.
∎ 2. Staff Management and Development:
∎ Recruitment and Training: Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of new administrative staff.
∎ Performance Management: Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance, and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the administrative team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
∎ 3. Financial Management and Budgeting:
∎ Budgeting and Monitoring: Manage administrative budgets, monitor expenses, and assist in budget preparation.
∎ Cost Control: Identify areas where costs can be reduced and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
∎ 4. Liaison With Government Organization & Agency:
∎ License & Documentation: Ensure all kinds of necessary documents and licenses as per the laws of the country and renewal time to time.
∎ Liaison with Govt. Organization and agencies: Building and maintaining positive relationships between a government agency or organization and government officials at various levels.
∎ 5. Facilities Management: Overseeing Facilities: Ensure the office and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and secure, addressing issues promptly.
∎ Supplies and Inventory: Manage office supplies, ordering, and maintaining inventory to ensure sufficient resources.
∎ 6. Reporting and Communication:
∎ Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring information is readily available.
∎ Communication: Ensure effective communication across the organization, facilitating information flow and addressing concerns.
∎ 7. Compliance and Regulations:
∎ Adhering to Policies: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Statutory Requirements: Meet all statutory requirements and ensure the organization operates following legal standards.
