Job Context:
∎ We are foreign company in dealing of Plastic Injection Moulding Machines and related equipment would like to seek an experienced and enthusiastic talented individual to join our teams.
∎

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible and oversee day-to-day Company's operations;
∎ Develop and execute the Company's business strategies for growth;
∎ Provide guidance and motivation to employees;
∎ Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales target;
∎ Provide product recommendations and solutions to existing and new customers;
∎ Ensure company policies, processes and guidelines are communicated and adhered to;
∎ Plan and project a revenue and pipeline with realistic Profit and Loss to meet Company's financial targets;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
∎ 10 years experienced in Machinery, eg. CNC, Plastic Injection Moulding and others machineries will be advantage but not essential;
∎ Possess drive, initiative, business savviness and a keen sense of ownership to engage clients and secure businesses;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Excellent management and technical skills.
