Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree from any recognized polytechnic institute/ university in any branches of engineering;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand fully and follow the company's Health, Environmental Protection and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring that all subordinates and co-workers strictly observe and comply with all company safety regulations.
∎ Operate in a safe and efficient manner, observing all safety precautions, practices and regulations of the gas plant process and equipment.
∎ Provide on the job supervision of the team of Operations Technicians, Operations Utility Workers to achieve goals by using the most efficient, reliable and cost-effective work procedures, also report the activities to the Shift Lead.
∎ Carries out well tests including Wellhead Integrity, Gas & Condensate Custody meter readings,
∎ Performs pressure vessel and piping isolation, purging and cleaning for external and/or internal inspection in accordance with the Shift Lead
∎ Carries out in a safe and efficient manner any planned plant shutdown and well Perforation and Surveillance Campaigns.
∎ Actively participates in all Operator Routine Daily (ORD) Processes as directed by Shift Lead
∎ Report all process variables that are outside of predefined limits. And report to shift lead
∎ Meet production expectations as directed by Production Supervisor and maintain production specifications as per GPSA.
∎ As a member of the on-site emergency response team, and participates in emergency response exercises as directed
∎ Should comply with Chevron Compliance and Bangladesh compliance.
∎ Participate in team safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job safety analysis to improve overall operational efficiency and safety.
∎ Practices teamwork within own work group and with other groups
∎ Sets a personal example in safety, workmanship, punctuality, good housekeeping and positive work ethic for all subordinates and co-workers and able to adopt with the multi-national working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years of relevant experience will be given preference
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications with excellent command in Microsoft Excel Strong commitment towards Health, Environment and safety
