∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on Garments construction and fit analysis.
∎ Able to review all kind of sample and prepare evaluation report.
∎ Able to communicate with overseas part on technical clarification.
∎ Ability to work and make decision independently.
∎ confident to approve sample and make comments.
∎ Knowledge on product risk and safety requirement.
∎ Ability to conduct PP meeting and provide guide line to QA and production team to follow.
∎ Managing day to day technical activities & liaising with all departments among merchandising, QA, production & vendors for problem & issue solving.
∎ Assist maker technicians, QA for checking patterns, specifications & construction, and make decision on quality per company standards & requirements.
∎ Frequently factory visit and review production process to assure Goods are produced in correct way.
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Ability to achieve Goal oriented target as a team player.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Depth Knowledge on manual and CAD pattern process & Garment technical field.
∎ Able to work independently and act proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management and skill.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Able to communicate effectively with all levels.
∎ Confident with “Can do” attitude.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Good analytical mind and problem-solving skill.
∎ Presentation and report productions skill
∎ Effective negotiation and influencing
∎ Apparel Technical and Production Knowledge.
∎ Fit analysis capability.
∎ Basic Wash Garment Knowledge
∎ Able to provide guide and suggest technical solution to vendors on new products development and conduct production risk analysis with Merchandising team.
