∎ Bachelor degree from a reputed University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a strategy for fundraising activities, initiatives and events
∎ Develop fundraising campaigns that support the social objectives of the university
∎ Identify potential donors and understand their areas of interest
∎ Support the needs of donors by providing appropriate stewardship activities
∎ Represent Brac University at various internal and external forums

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working to support the needs, interests and stewardship of high-net worth individuals
∎ Experience of building a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality customer service
∎ Well-developed knowledge of best practice in fundraising
∎ Have knowledge of how to leverage the greatest philanthropic potential of a higher education institution
∎ An engaging personality and ability to inspire
