Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

• Masters in Computer Application (MCA)

1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a modern framework such as React.

2. Experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET for backend development.

3. Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.·

4. Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integration.

5. Practical experience with AI/LLM API integration and AI-powered applications.

6. Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI automation is preferred.

7. Experience with Git/GitHub, deployment, and cloud/server environments.

8. Knowledge of authentication, access control, and application security.

9. Experience developing ERP, dashboards, workflow automation, or business applications is preferred.

·         Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end and back-end applications, APIs, and databases.

·         Develop and customize ERP solutions for HR, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, and Operations.

·         Build internal business applications, workflow systems, dashboards, and reporting platforms.

·         Identify manual and repetitive processes and develop software and AI-based automation solutions.

·         Integrate AI APIs and LLM-based technologies into company applications and business workflows.

·         Develop AI-assisted solutions for QC, employee/productivity evaluation, data analysis, document processing, and reporting.

·         Implement AI-powered chatbots, assistants, information retrieval, and knowledge-based solutions where applicable.

·         Integrate AI solutions with ERP, databases, internal systems, and third-party applications.

·         Develop and maintain secure API integrations, authentication, user roles, and access controls.

·         Manage and optimize databases, application performance, system reliability, and scalability.

·         Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve applications and AI-powered features.

·         Monitor AI outputs and improve accuracy, consistency, reliability, and usability.

·         Manage application deployment, updates, backups, and basic cloud/server environments.

·         Maintain source code, technical documentation, system architecture, and development records.

·         Ensure systems and AI implementations follow appropriate security, privacy, and data-protection practices.
