Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, guest services agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
∎ Administering check-ins and check-outs.
∎ Providing front desk services to guests.
∎ Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
∎ Delivering mail and messages.
∎ Processing guest payments.
∎ Coordinating with bell service and staff management.
∎ Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
∎ Processing guest requests.
∎ Solving guest complaints.
∎ Provides services for increasing guest satisfaction level.
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Duty Meal & Service Charge will be given

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
