∎ We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Front Office Executive of the HR & Finance Department. We are looking for people who are willing to accept any challenges and take charge with a "Can Do" attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information
∎ Maintain and control of all types of leaves and attendance
∎ To prepare new employees personal files and update the HR documentation accordingly
∎ Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance to the human resource policy and procedure of the organization ensuring discipline and prompt service delivery of the employees
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different financial registers
∎ Maintain personal file, Leave register, Final settlement with any other HR-related activities
∎ Prepare all kinds of voucher (including Petty cash voucher)
∎ Maintain appointment diary
∎ Maintain log for all incoming and outgoing letters/emails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff/persons
∎ Keep a record of visitors with name, address & contact number
∎ Update and maintain information and program tracking
∎ Cooperate with the employees of all departments
∎ Good computer skill
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ To support & ensure General HR activities
∎ Other tasks as assign by management
