∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
∎ Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
∎ Previous experience in a front office role or administrative position is plus.
∎ Additional certification in office management or a relevant field is a plus.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Front Desk Receptionist/ Front Desk.

∎ Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
∎ Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Maintain and update office records and files with accuracy.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
∎ Oversee office supplies and ensure the front office area is well-organized and welcoming.
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
