Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend and make phone calls.
∎ Operate PABX system.
∎ Greet guests.
∎ Prepare daily in and out guests reports.
∎ Receive documents and maintain register of documents received.
∎ Do secretarial jobs like:-
∎ Filing documents.
∎ Drafting correspondence.
∎ Scheduling appointments.
∎ Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
∎ Providing information to callers.
∎ Store Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be good in spoken and written English.
∎ Candidate should have the ability to browse the internet and receive and send emails.
∎ Candidate should also have knowledge of MS Office (Bangla & English Typing).
∎ Office location will be Purana Paltan, Dhaka.
∎ Office timings will be 09.30am to 07.00pm
