∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Front Desk Working Experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests, answering questions, conveying messages to respective employees
∎ Answer telephone calls, taking messages, providing information to respective person
∎ Ensure staff movement register
∎ Receive all letters/bills and passing to respective departments
∎ Keep appointment records and reminding respective person/department
∎ Maintain visitors records along with details
∎ Scheduling and communicate candidates for interview & keep records
∎ Maintain presentable Front Desk Area by ensuring cleanliness & tidy stuff
∎ Keep well documentations
∎ Any other task assigned by Admin/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skill in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Having sound knowledge in M/S office

Salary: Negotiable
