∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Consultant, Immigration Consultant, International Students Consultancy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and welcoming visitors: Receptionists are often the first point of contact for visitors. They greet guests, clients, or employees in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with any necessary information or assistance.
∎ Answering and directing phone calls: Receptionists handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate individuals or departments, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
∎ Assisting with administrative tasks: Receptionists may provide administrative support, such as providing official equipment to the employee as per requisition and maintaining the inventory.
∎ Managing visitor access and security: Receptionists may be responsible for managing visitor access to the premises by issuing badges, maintaining visitor logs, and enforcing security procedures.
∎ Providing general information: Receptionists may be expected to have knowledge about the organization, its services, and its personnel. They answer general inquiries and provide basic information to visitors and callers.
∎ Collaborating with other departments: Receptionists often interact with various departments within the organization, assisting them with administrative tasks, coordinating deliveries, and facilitating communication between different teams.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
