∎ Tour guide
∎ Customizing travel packages as needed
∎ Discuss arrangements and costs with customers
∎ Preparing tour budgets
∎ Booking and reservations
∎ Planning Keep financial statements and documents
∎ Handle customer queries and complaints
∎ Calculate total travel costs
∎ Negotiating rates
∎ Must have computer knowledge(MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Internet Browsing)
∎ Must be in fluent in both Bangla and English
