Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Office Assistant, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Call Center, GSA, Telecommunication, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide general office assistance, including preparing attendance reports, redirecting calls, keeping messages, receiving couriers & distributing them to the concerned dpt. On time, & maintain records of employees’ outgoing & incoming data.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Follow up with the logistic team & regularly check the cleanliness & hygiene of office premises.
∎ Provide general assistance to the recruitment team during the recruitment process.
∎ Taking up the other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 18000 (Monthly)
