∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cum admin, Personal Secretary, Receiption, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House, Airline, Call Center, Cultural Centre, Textile, Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily attendance report
∎ Update employees' leave records.
∎ Receive incoming calls, redirect calls or keep messages & make outgoing calls as required.
∎ Receive mail and couriers & distribute them on time.
∎ Welcome visitors & keep records.
∎ Keep records of employees' outgoing & incoming data.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Follow up with the logistic team & regularly check the cleanliness of office premises.
∎ Check the list of daily office expenses & keep records.
∎ Take up the other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic IT Knowledge is preferable.
∎ Well-Groomed Appearance.
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
