Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a reputed institution.
∎ Business and English graduate is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Front Desk, Personal Secretary, Reception
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending telephones, all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employees.
∎ Mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
∎ Must have excellent capability in drafting various official letters, reports, self business correspondence & other communications.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Bengali and English are necessary
∎ Keeping record in proper manner for all kinds of official correspondence.
∎ Maintain the schedules of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meeting updates.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the Managing Director or concern authority in time to time.
∎ Maintain liaison with prominent personalities of the country and create the best work group.
∎ Arrange press conference and write press release notes as when necessary.
∎ Write letters, development proposals and speech time to time.
∎ Preparing & maintaining Managing Director and Director's daily working schedule and tour schedule etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with other department.
∎ Various official letters, report etc drafting & typing in English and Bengali.
∎ Take care of incoming and outgoing faxes
∎ Assist Admin in regular administrative works
∎ Coordinate all way communication among Basumuti Group, other Offices and Customers.
∎ Any other task given by supervisor and/or required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the relevant filed any reputed company
∎ Must be a team player
∎ Must be good in Bengali and English typing.
∎ Excellent Communication skill both in Bengali and English (speaking, listening and writing)
∎ Ability to work independently, proactively and under time pressure
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management
∎ Should have pleasant personality and having good knowledge about secretarial affairs
∎ Must be a good computer Literacy (MS office, E-mail, Internet Browsing)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
