Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline with good spoken English.
∎ Diploma in Secretarial Science will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be completely responsible for:
∎ Greet and welcoming the visitors.
∎ Address the visitor's purpose of visit and direct them to concern person.
∎ Experiences in PABX operating System.
∎ Answering Local & International calls and transferring to the right person/appropriate person.
∎ Keeping message of the officers/ staffs in their absence and deliver the message/notes to the concerned person.
∎ Entry incoming and out going mail in the register and transferring the incoming mail to the concerned persons.
∎ Maintained control system register book.
∎ Received letters, packages etc and distribute to the concerned desk.
∎ Any other assignment as per Management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 03 (three) years of working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal / communication skills with computer literacy.

Salary: Negotiable
