Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response Incoming & Outgoing phone calls.
∎ New Employee Personal file prepare.
∎ Employee ID card & Visiting Card Requisition & Distribution.
∎ Employee SIM Card stock maintain & distribution.
∎ Complete monthly employee bank accounts opening all formalities.
∎ Update Employee Information.
∎ Assist interview session.
∎ Welcome Guest and send them to concern person.
∎ Received Parcel, Courier, Bills and distribute to concern Department/Person.
∎ Supervise Corporate Office Housekeeping work.
∎ Product receive & reporting to concern department.
∎ Office Stationary & Snacks requisition, Maintain and distribution.
∎ Weekly employee accommodation list update.
∎ Desk & Locker key management.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ 8 Hours duty (Break 1 Hour).
∎ Weekly 1 day off and all govt. holidays.
