Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum HSC required
∎ Skills Required: Dynamic, Good communication skills, Motivated

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Front Desk
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests and perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
∎ Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and schedule appointments.
∎ Maintain an organized front reception area and common office areas.
∎ Provide quick, personalized, and efficient service to all clients from arrival till departure.
∎ Provide happy customer service/front desk experience.
∎ Maintain conference room calendars and reviews daily to be aware of meetings and expected visitors.
∎ Draft, review, and proofread and/or edit office documents and various forms of correspondence.
∎ Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, transcribing, and faxing.
∎ Enter bills, return and/or rebill sales orders to correct previous billing errors or discrepancies.
∎ Manage the company’s or organization’s social media communications.
∎ Write, edit and distribute various types of content, including material for a website, press releases, marketing material and other types of content that take the message to the public.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by manager(s).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
