Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication and welcomes visitors by greeting them.
∎ Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Maintaining records of all Outgoing & Incoming mail/documents.
∎ Work with Administration related various activities.
∎ Good conversation skill by telephone / PABX.
∎ Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends.
∎ Contacts with Agent regularly and maintain the relationship.
∎ Passport receives from agent and Clients.
∎ Keep close coordination with all departments.
∎ Experience in Manpower sector is per preference
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skill: Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Have excellent knowledge on MS Office Word
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Overseas Companies
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Honest, etc
∎ Experience in Manpower sector.
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Overseas experience would get priority.
∎ Good Computer skill. Good in writing, reading and speaking both in English & Bengali (Bijoy keyboard).
