Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and attend to patients in person.
∎ Professionally assist visitors, and patients.
∎ Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Processing payments from patients.
∎ Collecting due payments from patients.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
∎ Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
∎ Filing medical records and other documents.
∎ Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for patients.
∎ Using a computer, medical office software, and other technology to keep information organized and up-to-date.
∎ Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
∎ Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made timeously.
∎ Communicate medical results to patients under supervision.
∎ Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
∎ Maintaining a working relationship with other departments.
∎ Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.

∎ Age 24 to 33 years
