Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making inbound/outbound/telemarketing and survey calls
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers
∎ Assist with other projects within the department as needed
∎ Maintain customer contact database
∎ Maintain systemic filling of all documents
∎ Maintain Monthly Inventory of Stationary and Groceries and submitting order list to the Admin Department for validation
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company
∎ Assist other Departments
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Travel Agency experience (Will get preferable but not mandatory)
∎ Graphics Designing (Will get preferable but not mandatory)
Salary: Negotiable
