Job Context:
∎ The job incumbent is responsible for all the front desk and secretarial administrative activities related to the Business of Bureau Veritas in his/her area of responsibility. S/He may be responsible for the day-to-day management of his front desk & admin related tasks.
∎ The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome visitors, keep their details, providing safety briefing and handle them in a professional manner.
∎ Responsible to customer service orientation;
∎ Operate the PABX system
∎ Receive all incoming mails, letters and other documents and record in the Register
∎ Deliver all the letters/files to the concerned departments as addressed
∎ Maintaining and organizing diaries and planning and scheduling proper appointments and meetings of Country Manager
∎ Organizing all internal meetings.
∎ Reporting the required information to Country Manager
