Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being a point of contact for company's clients and staff.
∎ Researching and booking travel arrangements for staffs and members; Preparing documents for business trips & meetings.
∎ Assist in the preparation of Official notices.
∎ Scheduling meetings and appointments.
∎ Assist in tasks with administration.
∎ Ordering and taking stocks of office supplies.
∎ Maintain employee & visitor's in-out record.
∎ Assign cleaners and check their works/Office Management.
∎ Processing and directing mails & incoming packages or deliveries.
∎ Collect all the documents and distribute to the concern personnel's.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Good Command in MS Office Applications.
∎ Energetic & Self Motivated.

Salary: Negotiable
