Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
∎ Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration.
∎ Address patient queries and ensure prompt resolution.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
∎ Collaborate with other departments for seamless patient care.
∎ Provide accurate information regarding services, eligibility, appointment scheduling, and costs.
∎ Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
∎ Collect feedback from patients to identify areas for service improvement.
