∎ Minimum Graduate from any University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building new process of shipments organization based on HQ requirements
∎ Vendor's bookings registering and coordination
∎ Preparing proper stuffing plans based on the bookings
∎ Supervising the CFS operations including cargo handover & containers stuffing plans
∎ Organizing the domestic containers transportation from the CFS to the port terminal
∎ Registering all shipments in LPP IT platform
∎ Preparing procedures & shippers' trainings
∎ Coordinating Transport Dept. Team tasks
∎ We are looking for a person who is going to be more in Charge of daily operation than a team management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-10 years in freight forwarding/ Shipping coordination.
∎ 5-7 years of experience in everyday shipping operations including cooperation with shipping lines and forwarders
∎ Have a deep knowledge on CFS operations, customs procedures and export documents requirements
∎ Is experienced in design of new processes and their implementation
∎ Proficient in both written and spoken English
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication and Excel skills
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized and goals oriented
Salary: Negotiable
