Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and manage all aspects of the shipment process, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance.·
∎ Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
∎ Prepare and process necessary shipping and customs documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export/import documentation.
∎ Send mail to the companies for feright and answers the mails which are coming form the companies
∎ Note the details in the excels.
