Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role entails to lead technical consultation to the formulation development scientist to share the ideas of formulation development/ process development/ scale up trials/ trouble-shooting/ trend updates etc at various stage of solid, semisolid, liquid, injectable, parenteral and various other dosage forms.
∎ Design & implement of company's strategic plan related to technical support service, cultivate new ideas and correlate among various options to bring the best solution to the formulation development scientist at customer end.
∎ Perform literature/ patent search for innovative products & help generic product development for regulatory submission as well as for domestic markets.
∎ Business platform generation thru new project generation, keep track of ongoing projects, hunting new development opportunities thru various gap analysis.
∎ Project management and prepare project update for internal and external sales and development team.
∎ High level presentation skillset to give regular presentation in front of product development team or PMD team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-10 years of working experience as Formulation Development Scientist in reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ You are a skilled scientist. You have a bachelor's degree/ master degree in Pharmacy. You have 7 - 10 years of working experience in formulation development and troubleshooting for various pharmaceutical dosage forms. You are technically savvy in your field and have track record of new product development & trouble shooting. You are hands-on experienced working in UKMHRA/ US FDA.
∎ You are a critical thinker and problem solver. New challenges motivate you, more complex the problem, the better. You are not afraid to tackle an assignment in uncharted territory and are determined to find a solution rather than leaving a problem unsolved. You can assess and interpret scientific literature to develop desired or new formulation approaches.
∎ You are innovative. You're a self-starter. You enjoy coming up with new solutions, and you leverage your knowledge in the field to develop new, unique solutions to problems, including formulation approaches not yet demonstrated. You have examples to show of your past works.
