Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Big impact, varied projects – Lead the architecture of green-field and enterprise apps across fintech, e-commerce, healthtech, and more.
∎ Problem first, tech second – You’ll tackle complex UX, performance, and scale challenges that actually matter to end-users.
∎ Culture of craft – Join teammates who debate state-management patterns for fun and celebrate pixel-perfect releases.
∎ Architect, build, and maintain production-grade Flutter apps with reusable, testable code.
∎ Pair with design, backend (NestJS, GraphQL, microservices), and DevOps teams to deliver features such as real-time chat, secure payments, and AI-driven personalization.
∎ Optimize performance, animations, and network efficiency to hit 60 fps on low-end devices.
∎ Enforce CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and rigorous code reviews.
∎ Identify, debug, and squash issues before they hit production dashboards.
∎ 3+ years hands-on Flutter/Dart.
∎ Deep knowledge of Flutter widgets, custom animations, platform channels, and responsive layouts.
∎ Proven record of profiling and tuning for speed, memory, and battery.
∎ Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, JSON serialization.
∎ Git wizardry, CI/CD familiarity, and an obsession with clean architecture.
∎ code enthusiast, lifelong learner, and natural problem solver who refuses to ship “good enough.”
∎ Effective English communication (our clients are global).
∎ Firebase, AWS Amplify, or other BaaS exposure.
∎ Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Redis, or microservice ecosystems.
