∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the daily operations of a designated floor in the hospital.
∎ Ensure that all activities on the floor run efficiently, meeting patient care standards and hospital policies.
∎ Respond to patient concerns, inquiries and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner.
∎ Monitor and manage staff schedules, assignments and workload to maintain optimal staffing levels.
∎ Provide leadership, support and guidance to the PRO, CRO, Technicians, Nurses and other staffs.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with the floor staff to communicate goals, expectations and updates.
∎ Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with other consultants, department heads and hospital management to resolve issues, improve workflow and enhance patient care.
∎ Monitor and maintain inventory levels for stationary supplies, snacks, equipment and other necessities on the floor.
∎ Perform routine checks to ensure that all electric, electronic and medical equipment is in working order and report any issues for maintenance or repairs.
∎ Keep accurate records of floor-related activities, incidents, and patient data.
∎ Any other related job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Similar experience in a healthcare or hospital will get priority.
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications and healthcare management software.
