Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Engineering Assessment, Fire Safety Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎
∎ Develop and lead the technical audit program to detect risks regarding building safety.
∎ for fire and structural soundness of industry in Bangladesh according to the RSC/ELEVATE/DIFE/DFSCD Safety Standard, BNBC 2020, Factory Rule 1979, Factory Act.
∎ 2006, Fire Prevention and Dowsing Act 2003, NFPA, Specific Brand Requirements and related Code, Rules & Act.
∎ Overall supervision of Safety Audit at Industry sector conducted by the company including project planning, coordination and resource analysis.
∎ Conduct several third party inspections for fire safety and building safety assessment in industrial and other building independently or in a group and prepare inspection reports.
∎ Verifying CAP of industry based on inspection report of fire safety assessment and calculate the risk comparing the progress.
∎ Dealing with the Clients management, Brands, RSC, ELEVATE, DIFE, DFSCD through meetings, e-mails and communication over phone.
∎ Develop execution program to follow up the improvement of the factories as per client's standard.
∎ Design and Drawing of Fire Detection System, Fire Protection System, Hydraulic Calculation and BOQ.
∎ Fire Safety Plan peroration as per DFSCD standard.
∎ Any work assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Strong knowledge of RSC/ELEVATE/DIFE/DFSCD Safety Standard, BNBC 2021, Factory Rule.
∎ 1979, Factory Act 2006, Fire Prevention and Dowsing Act 2003, NFPA, Specific Brand.
∎ Requirements and related Code, Rules & Act.
∎ Must have MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD and computer aided drawing skills.
∎ Able to work independently and meticulously.
∎ Good communication and managerial skill.
