∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Finance, Information technology
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall finance and accounts department to develop, implement and effectively use financial control systems for expenses, purchases, sales, assets, government payments and Cash flows, working capital.
∎ Conversant with Local GAAP and exposure to IFRS, Accounts Closing and preparation of Financial reports.
∎ Prepare Annual, medium term & other business plans, Budgets for the country.
∎ Liaise with banks on banking facilities and banking requirements.
∎ Support the Manufacturing Plant activities, New Projects, Cost control and costing activities.
∎ Capex Monitoring.
∎ Undertake all functions with regard to legal and company secretarial matters.
∎ Conversant with Direct and Indirect taxation systems in Bangladesh. (Income tax, VAT etc). Must have experience handling Tax Assessments.
∎ MIS System – Direct exposure and Implementation, Analysis and control structures through variance analyses and MIS reporting to country, regional & corporate heads.
∎ Collaborate with External/Internal Auditors for quarterly and annual Statutory Audits for local and all GAAPs.
∎ Coordinate overall IT activities & projects to support business operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Knowledge of all aspects of management accounting, analysis and reporting. Good working knowledge of all aspects of financial accounts and commercial & IT matters. Corporate tax planning. Experience of using and developing a variety financial systems. Experience of preparing detailed and accurate reports to be used at a senior level. English and Bengali - Writing, Reading and Good communication. SAP Knowledge would be an advantage. Local Business Practices. Ability to source information for any Business needs thru good references.

Salary: Negotiable
