∎ - Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering. A professional license or certification (RAJUK certified architect) is preferred.
∎ - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a field or site-based role, ideally in retail or commercial projects.
∎ - Technical Skills:
∎ - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
∎ - Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes in Bangladesh.
∎ - Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
∎ - Soft Skills:
∎ - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
∎ - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ - Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.
∎ - Willingness to travel frequently to different project sites across Bangladesh.
∎ - Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials is a plus.
∎ - Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and cost control.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SaRa Lifestyle Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Architect to oversee the construction and renovation of our retail outlets and other projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that architectural designs are accurately implemented on-site, managing construction quality, and coordinating with various project teams to ensure successful and timely completion. This role involves a mix of design interpretation, site supervision, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and brand consistency.Key Responsibilities
∎ 1. Site Supervision & Project Management
∎ - Oversee the execution of construction projects on-site, ensuring they are built according to approved architectural plans, design intent, and quality standards.
∎ - Supervise the construction of SaRa Lifestyle retail stores, office spaces, and other company projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
∎ - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols, material quality, and construction techniques.

∎ 2. Design Implementation & Quality Control
∎ - Interpret and review architectural designs and drawings, ensuring accurate and detailed implementation on-site.
∎ - Collaborate with the design team to incorporate any necessary changes based on site conditions while ensuring alignment with SaRa Lifestyle’s brand and aesthetic requirements.
∎ - Maintain strict quality control on materials and workmanship, ensuring construction meets the company’s high standards.
∎ 3. Coordination with Stakeholders
∎ - Work closely with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination and timely progress of construction activities.
∎ - Provide regular updates and reports to the company’s project managers and senior management regarding site progress, potential delays, and any critical issues.
∎ - Liaise with government authorities, local agencies, and third-party vendors to secure necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
∎ 4. Budget & Resource Management
∎ - Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while avoiding unnecessary expenditures.
∎ - Monitor labor, material costs, and timelines to prevent cost overruns and ensure the project remains on budget.

∎ 5. Documentation & Reporting
∎ - Prepare daily or weekly reports documenting site activities, progress, changes, and challenges encountered during the construction process.
∎ - Maintain accurate as-built drawings and other project documentation for future reference and company records.
∎ - Manage change orders and ensure all design modifications are properly documented and communicated.
∎ 6. Compliance & Safety
∎ - Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
∎ - Conduct regular safety inspections to promote a safe working environment and mitigate risks on-site.
∎ 7. Final Inspection & Handover
∎ - Conduct punch-list inspections toward the completion of projects, ensuring all identified issues are addressed before handover.
∎ - Perform final inspections to verify that the completed project meets the design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements before store openings or client handovers.
