Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through Ceragem product features and benefits.
∎ Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage customer appointments, ensuring effective communication between clients and consultants.
∎ Service Facilitation: Guide customers through various services, including product demonstrations, therapy sessions, and after-sales support.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to the management team.
∎ Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage documentation, and perform other administrative duties as required.
