Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the factory ensuring high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service and profitability for the organization.
∎ Coordination and execution of sales order by effectively managing human resources (production manager, quality control, maintenance team and factory labors).
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Drive the production team that meets the sales order
∎ Evaluate staff performance, new operator's skill assessment, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career developments.
∎ Liaise with different departments and regulatory authorities to solve issues (if any)
∎ Establish and enforce company policies as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety procedures for staff.
∎ To control the wastage % of the factory to a minimum level.
∎ To address and monitor operational, technical and mechanical issues in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines
∎ Planning and organizational skills
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Industrial Fire Fighting Management Skills
