Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil/EE/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University but Public University is preferable like BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, MIST.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate should have clear knowledge & experiences about running Concrete Brick Factory as well management.
∎ Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production In-charge of the unit regarding the production plan.
∎ To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule. If any production in-charge fails to achieve the production target, then reason is to be find out from production in-charge and he is to be guided for more production
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of CC Brick Production and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is arise any problem of quality.
∎ To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced
∎ To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
∎ To advise Production in-charge to follow the production schedule
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production
∎ To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept. in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy;
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking timely decision
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
∎ Should be intelligent, skilled, courageous, bold in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired situation of the Company independently.
∎ Should have knowledge on basic Labor Laws of Local, and ILO Convention related to Civil & Construction Business in Bangladesh.

∎ Age more than 35 year(s)
∎ Minimum 5-year(s) experience in the relevant filed
∎ The applicants must have fluent in English Language (Speaking, Reading &Writing).

Salary: Negotiable
