Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/ Chemical or Masters in Agriculture.
∎ Masters in Agri Chemistry will be preferred and MBA will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for:
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Management of day to day production, formulation and repacking in the Factory as a whole.
∎ Management of inventory in terms of raw materials, production, finished goods, storage, and delivery of products from the factory.
∎ Management of factory administration, installation of new machineries, land issues, labour issues & deployment etc.
∎ Management of overall health, environment, security and safety issues of the Factory.
∎ Regularly submit report on the activities and action plan/recommendations to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of agrochemical production of the factory as per the Management demand.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and Management.
∎ Should able to manage external threats with the guideline of Management.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Forecasting weekly/monthly usages for certain raw materials
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to the area offices/distribution point
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials etc.
∎ Prepare daily production report and submit to Management
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Age: Around 40 years (May be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates).
∎ Minimum 12 years experience in Pesticides / Chemical Industry and should have wide range of knowledge on Pesticides.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, dynamic leadership, self-motivated, determined and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): The candidate having proficiency in Crop Protection Chemicals will have preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro Chemicals Industries
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
