∎ Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering preferably with a Commerce degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our factory and administrative buildings, including any new construction or infrastructural projects. They will report to the General Manager, and ensure that the company`s facilities are in excellent condition, in full legal compliance, and ensuring the safety for all occupants.
∎ Work Place: Head Office at Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and supervise maintainance of all physical spaces, roads and infrastructure within premises.
∎ Creates budgets, and schedules for all maintance works.
∎ Follow and implement 5S facility management system across all departments.
∎ Supervise any new construction projects or upgrades onsite.
∎ Any other responsibilities as to be decided by the management.
∎ Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
∎ Implement fire safety practices and regulations.
∎ Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
∎ Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
∎ Control activities like space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 5-10 years in the relevant position.
∎ Must be well conversant in MS Excel and MS Word.
∎ Professionalism, Hardworking, Problem solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
