1. Manage and monitor Facebook pages, groups, posts, comments, and inbox communications on a daily basis.

2. Ensure all user-generated content complies with Facebook Community Standards, organizational policies, and brand guidelines.

3. Review, moderate, and take appropriate action against spam, abusive, misleading, inappropriate, or policy-violating content.

4. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.

5. Handle customer complaints and negative feedback professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.

6. Identify and escalate sensitive, complex, or high-priority issues to the appropriate department or management team.

7. Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, customer interactions, complaints, and escalated issues.

8. Monitor audience feedback, discussions, and emerging social media trends to provide relevant insights to the management team.

9. Maintain consistency in brand communication, tone of voice, and online presence across all Facebook interactions.

10. Collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Service, and Content teams to ensure smooth and effective social media operations.

11. Prepare regular moderation and engagement reports based on assigned KPIs and performance indicators.

12. Ensure timely execution of assigned social media moderation tasks while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professional standards.
