Responsibilities & Context:
Galleria Footwear is looking for a polite, dynamic, and dedicated Facebook Messenger Moderator to join our team remotely. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers on Facebook Messenger, answering queries, assisting with shoe sizing and product details, and converting inquiries into completed orders.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Messaging: Manage incoming Facebook Messenger inquiries promptly and professionally.
Sales & Order Placement: Guide customers through product collections, pricing, size availability, and process complete delivery orders.
Product Assistance: Answer questions regarding footwear materials, sole type, size charts, color options, and stock updates.
Order Coordination: Accurately record customer details (Name, Address, Phone Number, Product Code, Size) and forward confirmed orders to the dispatch team.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, exchange requests, or delivery delays politely and escalate to management when needed.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Work Location: Work from Home (Remote)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Students are welcome to apply).
Experience: Prior experience as a Facebook Page / E-commerce Chat Moderator is highly preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent typing speed and accuracy in Bangla & English
Polite, customer-friendly, and patient tone in written communication.
Technical Requirements:
Stable high-speed internet connection at home.
Smartphone / Laptop / Computer capable of smooth multitasking on Facebook/Meta Business Suite.

Job Type: Part-time
Working Hours: Flexible / Scheduled shifts (Evening/Night shifts may be required depending on page traffic).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 2500 – 4000 / month (Negotiable based on experience and shift hours)
