Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Masters or Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain, Logistic, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F

Job Responsibilities:
∎ An efficient management of all the export-import & logistics Activities with coordination of the Operations and Supply Chain teams in order to maintain smooth and efficient logistics flow in designated area with optimising cost & creating value to the organization.
∎ Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
∎ 1. Ensure the activities conducted in line with Company safety and compliance policies as well as in compliance with local regulations
∎ Compliance to Company procedures certified to ISO standards
∎ Adhere to all QHSE policies and procedures
∎ 2. Ensure efficient logistics services are provided in the area
∎ Ensure purchase orders are issued before commencing any jobs
∎ Preparation of shipping documents for shipment clearance
∎ Coordinate with service providers to make sure that there are no delays in shipment clearances
∎ Ensure on time delivery of parts, service consumables and equipment to project sites
∎ Ensure all import documents are verified and filed properly for future requirements
∎ Ensure all the IP documents are collected from the logistics service provider on timely basis & track down the data site wise.
∎ Ensure all the materials movement information are tracked down on daily basis & forward the report to the concerned people for giving the visibility of materials incoming flow.
∎ Plan cost effective mean of transport (courier, sea, air and road) for materials from Dubai or Singapore Hub.
∎ 3. Efficient coordination for export shipments / demobilizations
∎ Ensure necessary documents are available for export shipments.
∎ Prepare shipping documents for exportation (invoice, packing lists, BL etc.) & send pre-shipment alerts to all concerned.
∎ Send shipment alerts with correct documents for clearance purpose to all concerned
∎ Coordinate with the logistics person at destination to make sure that the shipment is cleared without having any delays
∎ Organize transport insurance as required
∎ Able to raise insurance claims against damaged goods or fleet on delivery
∎ 4. Ensure Right Selection of Service Providers & Tax/Duties Payment on timely basis
∎ Ensure the best service provider is selected in terms of service quality & pricing based on market review.
∎ Ensure accurate calculation of Customs Tax & Duties and provide information to Finance to ensure the cash flow.
∎ Active in settlement of payment & dues with coordination of Finance & Service Providers.
∎ 5. Other kinds reporting regarding Export-Import & Logistics
∎ Provide information to SC Manager for preparing Monthly SC Report.
∎ Ensure all the receiving data (Both Local & Import) are captured properly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Good Communication Skills- Fluency in English
∎ Computer skills in MS Office - Word & Excel.
∎ Considerable Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Spares
∎ Experience on ERP systems will be an advantage
