Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage in house technician team and related applications
∎ Assist team lead in decision and planning for installing, troubleshoot and rectify the equipment
∎ Analyze, inspect and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
∎ Works alongside with B2B, Technical sales, Operation Executive, Business Development team
∎ Arrange Training for Both in house and Outsource SP as per requirements
∎ Supervise the repairs, tests and maintains equipment and take care necessary purchases
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
