Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising all construction works at the project during job execution to ensure construction work is on schedule.
∎ Capable of guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction projects and make the team work effective and successful.
∎ Ensure compliance of civil construction with the relevant codes and standards (BNBC, CDA, RAJUK, etc.) in accordance with the technical specifications, the contract, local applicable laws, safety & security on behalf of the company.
∎ Check the quality of work as per in-process and finished specification and workmanship.
∎ Responsible for the execution of all kinds of civil construction with the approved drawing, design and architectural layout.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
∎ Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
