∎ Skills Required: Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Reporting and Documentation, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Depot Distribution, Distribution Software, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Manufacturing (FMCG), Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Inventory/Warehouse, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, supervising & monitoring of all warehouse activities.
∎ Finished products receiving, storing and dispatching.
∎ Recommended storage condition of finished products monitoring and keeping proper record.
∎ Preparation of Material Receiving Report (MRR)
∎ Preparation of daily and monthly finished goods statement.
∎ Preparation of monthly finished product requirements (local, and imported items) with factory head.
∎ Preparation of finished product challan to distribution.
∎ To prepare of warehouse SOPs, forms, log books, documents and others documents.
∎ Keep proper record, identification and tractability of packaging materials and finished product.
∎ To inform Quality Control Department for expired /retest date of finished products maintain to proper procedure.
∎ To check warehouse machinery, premises for cleanliness, maintenance and keeping proper record.
∎ To maintain good relationship & working environment with cross-functional departments.
∎ All warehouse related activities report to departmental head
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ All transport bill handling (Own and 3PL).
∎ Daily 3PL transport control.
∎ Maintain local Thana/Police handling.
