Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed university. (Preferred subject: English)
∎ Having skills in office management will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relation, Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, Front Desk, Receptionist
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power, Immigration/Visa Processing, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Consulting Firms, Banks

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and maintain proper record.
∎ Receiving and answering the calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Meet and greet visitors and foreign delegates at all levels of seniority.
∎ Handle phone calls with foreign guests in ENGLISH conversation or as per requirement.
∎ Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person.
∎ Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
∎ Support the management and other employees with their requirements and urgencies
∎ Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every guest.
∎ Dispatch all kinds of letters and receive & distribute as well.
∎ Sort and distribute incoming mails, emails and handle outgoing mails & emails.
∎ Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
∎ Maintain meeting room & event inside office premise.
∎ Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a fresh, neat and presentable office
∎ Manage the office assistants for work requirements when necessary
∎ Arrange purchase of stationery, distribute and maintain records.
∎ Supervise housekeeping of the office.
∎ Coordinate and perform administrative tasks as per required.
∎ Candidate must have good communication skill in English
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having International company Front Desk/ Reception work experience will have an edge
∎ Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
∎ Fluency in communications both in English and Bangla.
∎ Good health and perfect eyesight.
∎ Sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
∎ Pleasing personality.
∎ Systematic approach towards duty.
∎ Good appearance and pleasant voice
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skill.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues.
∎ Good computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications and different types software base work.
