Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular Factory Warehouse & Gulshan Warehouse product audits to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and excess stock situations & implement inventory control measures to track stock movements.
∎ Collaborated with relevant departments to establish and enforce quality control standards & conduct inspections to ensure that products meet quality specifications before shipment.
∎ Oversee the order and shipping processes to meet customer delivery deadlines and implement strategies to improve order accuracy and reduce order processing times.
∎ Planning and coordinating transportation activities, optimizing routes and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
∎ Generated regular reports on Factory Warehouse Stock, order fulfillment and product audits & analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.
