Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Chemical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create quality multiple vendor list for chemical items required by the company.
∎ Purchase chemical items maintaining good quality by following cost reduction approach.
∎ Make sourcing of materials & price negotiation with comparison,
∎ Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
∎ Collect price quotations and prepare comparative statement (CS) for quantity, quality and price to obtaining necessary approval from concerned authority.
∎ Place work order (Local) as per requirement,
∎ Coordinate with Finance / Accounts department for supplier payment on time.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery & Review the quality of purchased products,
∎ Maintain communication with supplier & all concerned department
∎ Keep documentation / materials requisition, delivery information and assist the team members on storing and assorting the work orders.
∎ Prepare a monthly closing report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time in addition to above.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years
